Healthy Feeding

Don’t skimp on the quality of your dog our cat food. As the old saying goes “garbage in, garbage out”. Healthy foods and treats will save you in the long run with less health problems and lower vet bills. An ounce of prevention is worth a thousand dollar vet bill.

Good foods for your pet include Carrots, Apples, Pumpkin (fresh or canned), Sweet Potatoes, Peas, Melon, White rice. Cheese, Yogurt, Peanut Butter.

NEVER give your dog or cat chocolate, onions, grapes, raisins, onions or Xylitol (Commonly found in some surprising foods – including many brands of Peanut Butter!  Please be sure to read the label.).

If in doubt, talk with your pet specialist, trainer or veterinarian.
